Zagreb is a city with long and rich history dating back from the Roman times and very vibrant centre today. We will show you all highlights of Zagreb, most of them during a walking tour. Additional attraction on this tour will be driving along Balaton lake in Hungary and the shortest way from Budapest to Zagreb leads there. We may also make a short stop there on the way on your request without any additional costs.

Our program of sightseeing in Zagreb will include Main Square with statue of Josip Jelacic, Cathedral built in 19th century with medieval walls which surround it and Archbishop’s Palace. You will hear a lot about the history of Zagreb and Croatia from our guide during the walk which will also lead us to Dolac – Zagreb’s largest market place, pleasant Opatovina Park, Tkalciceva Street with numerous cafes, restaurants, shops which today is favourite promenade amongst Zagreb inhabitants. Then we will walk toward Upper Town to see Stone Gate, St Mark’s Church and Square. We will not miss building of Parliament, St Catherine’s Church, Strossmayer promenade, building of Croatian National Theatre, Zrinjevac Park and many more.
