Home > Tours from Budapest > Trip to Belgrade

Belgrade, capital of Serbia, is one of oldest and most interesting cities in Europe. With its turbulent history it became also a city of contrasts from Communist era buildings to Orthodox churches, from old Celtic fortresses to ruins of recent NATO bombings. It is a long distance from Budapest but thanks to good quality highway which connects both capitals we can organize for you one full day tour to Belgrade from Budapest.

During our excursion you will have a panoramic drive of Belgrade as well as walking tour around its beautiful Old Town area. Our program will include such highlights like City Hall, building of Serbian Parliament, Terazije Square – the central square of Belgrade, Knez Milos Boulevard. Must-see attractions like Marshall Tito’s Mausoleum (House of Flowers) and St Sava Church – the largest Orthodox Church in Serbia will also be on our way. We will pass by National Theatre on Republic Square and reach Kneza Mihaila Boulevard – major pedestrian promenade of the city where we will start a walking part of the tour and see the Fortress of Belgrade and Park of Kalemegdan with fantastic view over Danube and Sava rivers.
